How long is the free trial?
14 days with every feature unlocked. No credit card. When the trial ends, pick a plan or export your data.
Is OneSuit good for mobile repair shops?
Yes — it is our most-used setup. Service jobs, IMEI tracking, technician assignment, checklists, parts stock, warranty records and WhatsApp customer updates are all built in.
Does it work if my internet goes down?
The POS keeps billing offline and syncs when you are back online. Reports and cloud features need internet.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. OneSuit is cloud-based and works in any browser on phone, tablet or PC. A Windows desktop app is also available.
Can I import my existing products and customers?
Upload a CSV/Excel or connect your WooCommerce store. Our team helps with the first import on WhatsApp at no cost.
Is my data safe?
Every business gets its own isolated database, encrypted connections, 2FA, login device management and automatic daily backups. You can export everything anytime.
Does OneSuit support FBR digital invoicing?
Yes. The FBR Digital Invoicing module is included on the Growing Business, Advanced Business ERP and Manufacturing & MRP plans (and in the free trial), for sales-tax registered businesses.
Which payment methods do you accept for the subscription?
Bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and cards. Stripe and PayPal for customers outside Pakistan.
Do you offer setup and training?
Yes. Setup help is included in every plan over WhatsApp. On-site training in Lahore is available on request.
