Trial and subscriptions

Every new business receives a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and can be cancelled anytime; no refunds for partial periods.

Your data

You own your business data and can export it at any time. After cancellation, data is kept for 30 days and then deleted.

Fair use

WhatsApp message quotas are per plan. Abuse, spam or illegal use leads to suspension.

Liability

OneSuit is provided as-is with a 99.9% uptime target. Maati Tech is not liable for indirect losses.
