Adding a customer

This guide explains Adding a customer in OneSuit, step by step. It applies to every plan unless noted, and works the same on desktop, the Windows app and a phone browser.

Where to find it: People → Customers → Add

Steps

1. Open People → Customers.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter name, phone, address, price group.
4. Set credit limit and opening balance if any.
5. Save.

Tips

• Phone number is used for WhatsApp messages.
