Where to find it: Products → Batches

Steps

1. Enable Batch on the product.
2. On purchase enter batch number and expiry.
3. At POS the oldest expiry sells first (FIFO).
4. Use the Expiry report for 30/60/90-day alerts.

Tips

• Pharmacy, cosmetics and grocery should always use batches.
