Products & Inventory
Products, variants, IMEI/serial, batches & expiry, labels, stock counts and transfers.
Creating a product
Open Products → Create product → Enter name, code (or generate barcode), category and brand → Set cost and selling price, tax and unit
Product types: standard, variant, combo, service, subscription
Standard — normal stock item → Variant — sizes/colours with stock per variant → Combo — bundle of products
Creating variants (size / colour)
Choose type Variant → Add attributes (Size, Colour) and values → Generate variants
Combo products (bundles, class sets, gift sets)
Choose type Combo → Add the included products and quantities → Set the bundle price
Importing products from Excel / CSV
Download the sample file → Fill name, code, category, cost, price, tax, alert quantity → Upload
Updating prices and cost in bulk (Import & Update)
Export your products to Excel → Change cost / price columns → Upload with the Update existing option
Opening stock per warehouse
Open Products → Opening Stock → Pick the warehouse → Enter quantity and cost per product (or import)
Printing barcode labels
Open Print Labels → Select products and quantity of labels each → Choose label size (e.g. 38x25mm)
Serial numbers and IMEI tracking
Enable Serial/IMEI on the product → On purchase, enter one serial per unit → On sale, pick the serial being sold
Batches and expiry dates
Enable Batch on the product → On purchase enter batch number and expiry → At POS the oldest expiry sells first (FIFO)
Stock counting (physical count)
Open Count Stock → Choose warehouse and category → Enter counted quantities
Stock adjustments
Open Adjustment → Add → Choose warehouse and reason → Add products with + or − quantity
Recording damaged stock
Open Damages → Add → Select product, quantity and reason → Save — stock reduces and the Damage report updates
Transferring stock between branches
Open Transfers → Add → Choose from-warehouse and to-warehouse → Add products and quantities
Low-stock alerts
Set Alert quantity on each product → Dashboard shows low-stock products → Reports → Stock Alert lists everything to reorder
Categories, sub-categories, brands and units
Add categories and sub-categories → Add brands → Add units (pcs, kg, ft, box) and conversions
Rack / shelf locations
Add locations (A-1, A-2…) per warehouse → Set the location on each product → Use the Internal Location report to find items
Product images and descriptions
Open the product → Upload images → Add a description
Warranty period on products
Set warranty days or months on the product → It prints on the receipt → See the Warranty report for claims
Inventory valuation report
Open the report → Pick warehouse and date → See value by cost, retail and wholesale
Dead stock and stock aging reports
Open Dead Stock → Set the period (e.g. 90 days without sale) → Export the list
