Where to find it: POS → Hold / Drafts

Steps

1. Click Hold to park the current cart.
2. Serve the next customer.
3. Open Drafts to continue the held sale.
4. Delete drafts you no longer need.

Tips

• Held sales do not reduce stock until paid.
