Steps

1. Download the Windows app from the link in your welcome email or from support.
2. Install and open it.
3. Enter your subdomain and log in.
4. Set the receipt printer under POS Settings.

Tips

• The desktop app is best for counters with a thermal printer and barcode scanner.
