Setting up your first warehouse or branch

This guide explains Setting up your first warehouse or branch in OneSuit, step by step. It applies to every plan unless noted, and works the same on desktop, the Windows app and a phone browser.

Where to find it: Settings → Warehouses

Steps

1. Open Settings → Warehouses.
2. Click Add and enter the branch name, address and phone.
3. Mark one warehouse as default for POS.
4. Assign users to the branch under User Management.

Tips

• Every branch is a warehouse in OneSuit — stock is tracked per warehouse.
