Where to find it: User Management → Users

Steps

1. Open User Management → Users → Add.
2. Enter name, email and a temporary password.
3. Choose a role (Cashier, Technician, Manager…).
4. Assign the warehouse.
5. Share the subdomain and password with the staff member.

Tips

• Each user counts against your plan's user limit.
