Sign up, first login, business settings and the 10-minute setup checklist.
How to create your OneSuit account (free 14-day trial)
Open the Register page and enter your business name, your name, email and phone → Choose a subdomain — this becomes your login address (e.g. maati.onesuitsolution.com) → Pick your business type so the right modules are switched on

Upload your logo under Settings → Dynamic Appearance → Add your warehouse / branch under Settings → Warehouses → Set currency and tax under Settings
Understanding the OneSuit dashboard
Read the four KPI cards: Sales, Purchases, Sales Due and Profit → Use the date filter to change the period → Check the Sales & Purchases chart for trends
How modules work (Features screen)
Open Settings → Features (or Modules) → Toggle a module on or off → Modules not included in your plan show a lock — upgrade to enable
Which plan is right for me?
Compare Starter, Growth and Pro on the Pricing page → Count your users, warehouses and monthly WhatsApp messages → Pick the plan with the modules you need (Accounting and WooCommerce start on Growth)
Importing your existing data (products, customers, suppliers)
Download the sample Excel file from the import screen → Fill one row per item — keep column headings exactly as in the sample → Upload the file and map columns if asked
Setting up your first warehouse or branch
Open Settings → Warehouses → Click Add and enter the branch name, address and phone → Mark one warehouse as default for POS
Adding your logo, colours and business details
Open Settings → Dynamic Appearance → Upload your logo and favicon → Choose the primary colour
Inviting your staff to OneSuit
Open User Management → Users → Add → Enter name, email and a temporary password → Choose a role (Cashier, Technician, Manager…)
Using OneSuit on a phone or tablet
Open your subdomain in Chrome on the phone → Log in → Tap the menu icon to open the sidebar
Installing the OneSuit Windows desktop app
Download the Windows app from the link in your welcome email or from support → Install and open it → Enter your subdomain and log in
Switching languages (Urdu / English / Arabic)
Click your name at the top right → Choose Language → Pick Urdu, English, Arabic or another language

Products and prices are correct → Opening stock entered per warehouse → Receipt printer tested
