Where to find it: Settings → Login Device Management

Steps

1. Open Settings → Login Device Management.
2. See devices that tried to log in.
3. Approve trusted devices.
4. Block unknown ones.
5. Remove old devices when staff leave.

Tips

• This stops staff logging in from home or from a new phone without approval.
