How to log in to OneSuit
Open your subdomain in the browser (e.g. maati.onesuitsolution.com) → Enter your email and password → Click Sign In
I forgot my subdomain
Check your welcome email — the subdomain is in the subject line → Ask the business owner or the person who signed up → WhatsApp support with your email address and we will find it
Resetting a forgotten password
Click Forgot password on the login page → Enter your email → Open the reset link from the email
Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA)
Open your profile → Click Enable 2FA → Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy
Login Device Management: approving staff devices
Open Settings → Login Device Management → See devices that tried to log in → Approve trusted devices
Changing your email or password
Click your name → Profile → Edit email or set a new password → Confirm the current password
Creating staff logins with limited access
Add the user → Pick a role or create one with only the permissions needed → Assign a warehouse

Open Roles → Click Add Role → Name it (e.g. Cashier)
Login activity report
Open Reports → Users / Login Activity → See who logged in, when and from where → Filter by user or date
Removing a user who left
Open the user → Click Deactivate (keeps history) or Delete → Remove their approved device
Client (customer) portal login for your customers
Open the customer → Enable Portal login → Set a password or send a reset link

Sessions expire after inactivity → Log in again → Enable Remember me on trusted devices
Switching between two businesses
Each business has its own subdomain → Use a separate browser profile for each → Or log out and log in to the other subdomain
