Adding technicians

This guide explains Adding technicians in OneSuit, step by step. It applies to every plan unless noted, and works the same on desktop, the Windows app and a phone browser.

Where to find it: Service & Maintenance → Service Technicians

Steps

1. Open Service Technicians → Add.
2. Link to a user account.
3. Set commission rule if any.
4. Save.

Tips

• A technician user can be limited to see only their jobs.
