Open Accounts → Add → Create Cash in hand, Bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa → Set opening balances
Recording expenses
Open Expenses → Add → Choose category (rent, salaries, utilities) → Enter amount, account and date
Deposits (money in that is not a sale)
Open Deposits → Add → Choose account and amount → Add a note (owner investment, loan)
Transfers between accounts
Open Transfers → Add → From account, to account, amount → Save
Opening balances for customers and suppliers
Enter the balance on each record or import a column → Customers: amount they owe you → Suppliers: amount you owe them
Balance sheet
Open the report → Pick the date → See assets (cash, stock, receivables), liabilities (payables) and equity
Cash flow report
Open the report → Pick the period → See money in and out by account
Profit and loss report
Open the report → Pick the period and warehouse → Revenue − COGS − expenses = net profit
Day closing routine
Close the register → Print the cash register report → Record expenses paid from the drawer
Tax summary report
Open the report → Pick the period → See tax collected on sales and paid on purchases
Payment summary (by method)
Open the report → See cash vs card vs JazzCash vs due
Expense and deposit reports
Filter by category and account → Export
QuickBooks sync
Enable the module (Growth/Pro) → Connect QuickBooks Online → Map accounts
Multi-currency
Set the base currency → Add other currencies with rates → Invoices can be issued in another currency
Giving your accountant access
Create a role with Reports and Accounting only → Add the accountant as a user → They log in to your subdomain
