What happens when a payment is late

Small Shop POS: 5 users, 1 warehouse, 50 WA → Growing Business: 10 users, 3 warehouses, 150 WA → Advanced Business ERP: 20 users, 5 warehouses, 500 WA
Downloading subscription invoices
Open Billing → Invoices → Download PDF
Cancelling your subscription and exporting data
Export all data first → Click Cancel → Data is kept 30 days, then deleted
Adding extra WhatsApp messages
Open Add-ons → Buy a message pack → Quota updates immediately
Custom / enterprise plans
For chains and distributors we build custom plans → WhatsApp us with users, branches and modules needed
Refund policy
No refunds for partial months → Yearly plans: pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase
