Business settings, warehouses, currency, languages, appearance, receipt design, backups.
Business settings (name, address, tax number)
Open Settings → Business → Update name, address, phone, email, tax number → Save — prints on invoices
Warehouses and locations
Add warehouses → Add internal locations per warehouse → Assign users
Currency settings
Set base currency and symbol → Set decimal places → Add secondary currencies
Tax rates
Add tax rates (e.g. GST 18%) → Set default tax for new products
Payment methods
Add Cash, Card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank, Raast → Link each to an account → Order them for the POS
Payment gateway (online payments)
Choose Stripe, PayPal, JazzCash or EasyPaisa → Enter merchant keys → Enable for portal and invoice links
Languages and the language manager
Enable languages → Edit any translation → Add a new language
Dynamic appearance (logo, colours, login page)
Upload logo and favicon → Set colours → Customise the login page text
POS settings
Default customer, default warehouse → Enable digital scale, camera scanner, customer display → Receipt options
Receipt designer
Choose 58/80mm or A4 → Toggle fields → Add footer
System health
Open System Health → Check storage, queue and email status → Contact support if anything is red
Backups and export
Backups run daily automatically → Click Backup now for an on-demand backup → Download or export tables
Webhooks
Add endpoint URL → Choose events → Test
ZATCA e-invoicing (Saudi)
Enable the module → Enter VAT number and details → Generate the compliance CSID
Notifications and email settings
Choose which events notify the owner → Set email for alerts
Custom fields
Add fields to products, customers, jobs or purchases → They show on forms and print
