Reports overview: the 50+ reports in OneSuit
Sales: sales, by category, by brand, by payment, discounts, returns → Stock: stock, aging, dead stock, expiry, batches, serials, transfers, valuation → Operations: service jobs, checklist completion, maintenance history, warranty
Filtering reports by branch and date
Open any report → Use the warehouse dropdown → Set the date range
Exporting reports to Excel and PDF
Open the report → Click Export → Excel or PDF → Or Print
Sales report and 3D sales dashboard
Open Sales report → Group by day, week or month → Switch to the chart view
Top customers and inactive customers
Open Customers report → See top 5 by sales → Switch to Inactive to find customers who stopped buying
Stock report and stock alert
See quantity and value per product and warehouse → Stock Alert shows items below alert quantity
Expiry report
Pick 30, 60 or 90 days → See batches expiring → Return or discount them in time
